Is Newell RO free to play?
Yes. Everything that matters is earned in game. The Cash Shop sells convenience items, consumables and Premium time, not gear or cards. Cash Points can also be bought from other players with zeny through Newell Tickets.
What do I need to play?
A Windows 10 or 11 PC with about 5 GB of free space for the full client. No PC at hand? The Browser Edition runs in your web browser, on a computer or a phone, with no download.
Are bots or macros allowed?
Use the built-in Auto Combat: 4 free hours per character every day, and more hours for 25 Cash Points each. Outside bots, macros and cheat tools are blocked by Newell Guard.
How many clients can I open?
Up to 4 game clients per PC, and up to 3 characters on Auto Combat at the same time. Internet cafes count each machine on its own.
What does Premium give?
+50% EXP and drops, a lighter death penalty, AFK mode for Auto Combat, Auto Support, and more Live Market listings. Premium tickets can be traded, so you can also buy them with zeny.

Use Unstuck in your account panel to send a character back to Prontera, or the Report a problem button at the bottom right. Our Discord has a support channel too.
