This page explains what data we keep, what it is for, and how you can ask us to delete it.

Data we keep

• Account: account name, email, password (stored as a hash, never as plain text), sign-up date and account gender.
• Game: characters, items and game logs needed to run the game, stop cheating and handle reports.
• Technical: IP address and a device identifier from the game client, for account security, the client limit per computer and enforcing sanctions.
• Orders: order code, package, amount, payment method and status.
• Reports: the message and screenshot you send with the Report a problem button.

Payments

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Your card, bank or e-wallet details are entered on their page and never reach us. We only receive the payment status and amount.

What the data is used for

• Running your account and the game, and delivering what you buy.
• Sending important emails, such as password recovery codes.
• Keeping the game safe and fair.

We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Third parties

We use service providers to run the site: the payment provider, email delivery and the network (Cloudflare). They only receive the data needed for that task.

Cookies

This site only uses necessary cookies: the login session, form security and your language choice. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can change your email in the account panel. To ask for a copy of your account data or to have it deleted, contact us through Contact Us from the email address on the account. Transaction records are kept as long as they are needed for bookkeeping and disputes.
