Create an Account

Newell RO accounts are created on the web panel.

Open the Web Panel

Steps

1. Open the web panel and click Register.
2. Fill in your username, email, and password.
3. Pick a secret question and type the answer. You need it to reset a forgotten password.
4. Done. You can log in to the game right away.

Registration Rules

Username length	at least 4 characters
Email	required, use a real address: password reset codes are sent there
Secret question	required, the answer is not case sensitive
Character slots	3 (up to 15 with a Character Slot Voucher from the Cash Shop)

Forgot Your Password?

Forgot Password

1. Open the Forgot Password page (also linked under the login form).
2. Enter your username or email, pick your secret question, and type the answer.
3. Click Request OTP. A 6-digit code is sent to the email of your account. Check the spam folder too.
4. Enter the code and your new password. The code works for 15 minutes and only once.
