# Prontera NPCs

Almost every service and feature NPC is gathered in **Prontera**, which has a remodelled look on Newell RO. Type `@mt` from anywhere to go
straight there. You arrive south of the central fountain, near the Warper and the Healer.

## Around the Fountain

## Service Details

### Wise Old Woman

Removes the cards from one piece of equipment you are **wearing**.

Before she starts, you choose what matters more to you: the **cards** or the **equipment**.

The fee is never refunded.

### Reset Girl

- Skills and stats together cost **1.8x**.
- No resets during the War of Emperium or in the hour before it.
- Get off your Peco Peco, remove your Cart and Falcon, and keep your weight under **50%**.

### Bulk Seller

Add items to your **sell list** once, then sell all of them with one click whenever your inventory is full.
Prices are the same as the Tool Dealer (Overcharge included). Items that are equipped, in the Favorite tab,
refined, carded, or enchanted are always skipped.
