# Invite Friends & Partners

Every account has a personal **invite code**, and creators and internet cafes can become **Newell RO partners**.
A new account can use **one code**: when signing up, or on [newellro.cloud/account/referral](https://newellro.cloud/account/referral)
within **7 days** after creating the account. Once added, it cannot be changed.

## Invite Your Friends

Find your code (it looks like `NW-ABC123`) and your sign-up link on
[newellro.cloud/account/referral](https://newellro.cloud/account/referral). The link fills in the code for your friend.

**Your friend gets welcome rewards** automatically when a character reaches:

| Base level | Reward |
|---|---|
| 20 | 2 Battle Manual, 30 Orange Potion, 10 Fly Wing |
| 50 | 3 Battle Manual, 1 Bubble Gum, 20 White Potion, 10 Blue Potion |
| 70 | 3 Battle Manual, 1 Bubble Gum, 1 Token of Siegfried |

Every reward is **bound to the character** and is given **once per account and once per PC**.

**You get 1 Referral Point** when your friend's invite becomes **valid**:

- your friend reaches **Base 50**,
- and has played on **5 different days**,
- from **another PC** than yours.

There is no limit to how many friends you can invite. Your referral page shows every friend with a colour:
**yellow** in progress (with their level and days), **green** valid, **red** not valid (with the reason), **grey** not played for 30 days.

## Referral Exchanger

Talk to the **Referral Exchanger** in Prontera (next to the Ticket Exchanger) to spend your points:

| Points | Item |
|---|---|
| 1 | 2 Battle Manual |
| 1 | 1 Bubble Gum |
| 1 | 20 White Potion + 10 Blue Potion |
| 3 | 1 Token of Siegfried |
| 15 | Frost Blade Wing (costume) |
| 15 | Abyssal Wing (costume) |

**Milestones** give exclusive costume wings, once per account: **5** valid friends = Aurora Fairy Wing,
**20** = Royal Wing, **50** = Phoenix Wing. Everything from the Exchanger is bound to the character.

!!!warning
Inviting your own second account does not work: it must be another PC, and staff check accounts with very many invites.
Invites found to be fake are marked not valid and their points are taken back.

## Partner Program (Creators and Internet Cafes)

Partners get their own code. Players who sign up with a **partner code** get the welcome rewards above **and**
**+10% bonus Cash Points** on every top-up and Premium purchase, as long as the partnership is active.

Players at a **partner internet cafe** also get the **PC Cafe bonus: +100% EXP and +100% drop**,
shown with a PC Cafe icon and in the login message.

Want to become a partner? Press **Apply** in the **#partnership** channel on our [Discord](https://discord.gg/wbFrcEQqpW).
You get a private one-time link to the application form; the owner reviews it and contacts you.

## Promo Codes

During events (New Year, Christmas, ...) we post **promo codes** for the top-up page: a discount or bonus Cash Points,
for a few days or for the first players only. Type the code in the **Promo code** box on the
[top-up page](https://newellro.cloud/topup). Most promo codes add to the partner bonus; a few (usually big discounts) replace it. The order page shows exactly what you get before you pay.
