Redeem Code

Every player can get one free redeem code from our Discord. Redeem it in the game for a starter boost.

Character Bound

The reward is bound to the character that redeems the code. It cannot be put in storage or a cart, vended, traded, mailed or dropped. Redeem it on the character you want to level.

How to Get Your Code

Join our Discord: discord.gg/wbFrcEQqpW.
In #verify, press I accept the rules.
Link your game account:
1. Log in at newellro.cloud/account, open the Discord tab and press Get link code.
2. Back in #verify, press Link game account and enter the code. It is valid for 10 minutes.
In #claim-code, press Get my code. Only you can see the code.

Lost your code?

Press Get my code again. You will see the same code, not a new one.

How to Redeem

On the website (no client needed)

Log in at newellro.cloud/account and open the Discord tab.
Under Redeem code, type your code (NWL-XXXX-XXXX) and choose a character.
The reward goes to that character's mailbox (RODEX). Collect it in the game, on the client or the Browser Edition, within 15 days. Log in again if you do not see it yet.

In the game

Log in and go to Prontera (@mt).
Talk to the Reward Officer (146, 171).
Choose Enter a code and type your code (NWL-XXXX-XXXX). Upper or lower case does not matter.
The reward goes straight into your inventory.

Rules


Codes per Discord account	1, forever. Leaving and rejoining the Discord does not reset it
Each code	works once
Claims per game account	1
Which account	Only the game account linked to the Discord account that got the code
Claims per PC	1. Other accounts or Discord accounts on the same PC cannot claim again. Checked for accounts that have logged in with the client
Wrong codes in a row	5 wrong attempts = blocked for 60 seconds

Full inventory

If your inventory is full or too heavy, the code is not used up. Make room and try again.

Linking Your Discord

Linking is also what lets you:

chat in the in-game language channels from Discord (#en, #id, #vn, #th, #ph, #my). Your messages show in the game with your last logged-in character, and what is said in the game shows on Discord. #global, #trade, #support and #announce are shown on Discord too, but read-only: chat there from the game.

You can unlink at any time in the Discord tab of your account page.
