Stone Enchant
Stone Enchant puts stat stones (STR, AGI, VIT, INT, DEX, LUK) into the slots of an item that cannot hold cards. A Knife [3] has one such slot, an item with no card slots has four.
The NPC stands in Prontera (143, 189).
Which equipment
So the stones you wear give at most +10 to any one stat.
How it works
- Click the NPC. The Stone Enchant window opens.
- Drag your weapon, armor or accessory into the item slot.
- Click a stone slot: the next empty one, or one that already has a stone to re-enchant it.
- Press Enchant. Three random stones show up, each a different stat.
- Click the one you want and press Keep New, or press Keep Old to leave the slot as it was.
There is no failure: you always get three stones to choose from. The Enchant Stones and Zeny are used either way.
A stat goes on an item only once: if slot 1 already holds AGI, slot 2 never offers AGI. Re-enchanting the AGI slot itself can offer AGI again.
Cost
Stone slots are filled in order, and the deeper the slot, the more it costs:
The cost is taken when you press Enchant, before the three stones show up. Closing the window does not give it back, and the stones you were offered stay waiting for your pick.
Auto Roll
Open Auto Roll under the buttons, tick the stats you want and the lowest value (+1, +2 or +3), and set Max rolls and Max Zeny. Auto Roll presses Enchant and Keep Old until one of the three stones fits, then stops with that stone picked: Keep New is always your own click. Each roll costs the same as by hand. It also stops when the stones or Zeny run out, when you walk away, or when you close the window, and it shows how many rolls it made and what it used. Accessories stop at +2.
Enchant Stone
Enchant Stones are not sold in the Cash Shop and can be traded.
Good to know
- The item must be unequipped. Equipment made by a Blacksmith or with a creator's name cannot take stones.
- Stones cannot be taken out. The card remover leaves them on the item; only re-enchanting replaces them.
- Refining keeps the stones. Adding a slot at the Seiyablem socket NPC gives you a new, empty item.
- The window needs the client started from the Newell RO Launcher, or the Browser Edition.
